MAXXI
Edu Lab1
ROMA (IT) / 2016
In April 2017, we were asked to design a workshop for the education department of the MAXXI Museum in Rome.
Using second-hand materials from previous exhibitions, we created the workshop furniture. The space features two main sections: a didactic wall and a set of tables and stools. Made from 24mm birch plywood and cut using a CNC router, the tables and stools are designed to be easily assembled and disassembled, adapting to the department's needs and becoming part of the educational activities.
This project reflects our commitment to thoughtful design, blending functionality with sustainability. At our studio, we are dedicated to reimagining spaces and interiors with a sustainable approach. We offer our expertise in transforming museums, institutions, and private homes, creating environments that are both eco-conscious and creatively enriching.
